Northstar Mobile RV Services, LLC, is a family owned business proudly serving our fellow RVers. We are a couple rooted in faith, family, and pride in our country. We love traveling and our adventures bring us the opportunity to meet some of the best people who share the RV bug.

Just like most RV owners, we’ve had our share of those frustrating moments when things aren’t working right. That is why we Treat Your RV Like Our Own. We understand!

Our Policies

Please Read Before the Tech Arrives

You are important to us and we want to be sure we all end up “Happy Campers” when the job is done.

  • All services are billed based on the following: A Service Fee which covers our costs getting to your location, Total Service Hours, and Parts and/or Supplies. There will be a $50 Service Fee invoiced on all returned checks.
  • We are full-time RVers, therefore any disposal of items such as appliances, furniture, awnings, or any other large item’s disposal is the Customer/Owner’s responsibility.
  • Our Service Fee is charged on all scheduled appointments unless it is a return visit due to a part coming in.
  • The Tech’s hourly charge starts when the Tech arrives at the site of the RV/Customer and are billed in 15 minute increments with a 1 hour minimum (the time necessary to diagnose, communicate, and document the findings.) In the event the job is completed prior to the end of the first hour, the customer may request to have other systems or components of their RV inspected at no additional charge.
  • All charges are calculated at the completion of each day’s service and payment is due at that time.
  • Please make sure the customer or designated adult is present for the scheduled appointment.
  • We may need to take photos of the requested job prior to the start of such job, during or at the end of the job.

 

WARRANTY WORK

  • The Customer will work directly with the warranty company/Manufacturer for all calls and correspondence.
  • If the Manufacturer or Warranty Company requires Northstar Mobile RV Services to call in for pre-service work approvals, this will be done at the location of the RV/Customer. All time incurred with these calls will be the responsibility of the warranty company or the customer.
  • Customer or the warranty company needs to provide the necessary service paperwork ahead of time if it requires printing prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • Payment arrangements must be made between Customer and Warranty Company ahead of time to assure Northstar Mobile RV Services is paid in full on the day of service.
  • All Warranty Policies are different – if any invoiced items are not covered by the warranty policy it will be the responsibility of the Customer who will be billed accordingly.
  • Northstar Mobile RV Services reserves the right to decline any warranty service.

 

OUR PROMISE

Northstar Mobile RV Services, LLC, stands behind our service! In the event a Customer is unhappy with our service, or similar work is needed again within 30 days…we are committed to make all attempts to “make it right.” It is the responsibility of the customer to contact Northstar Mobile RV Services as soon as a problem is noted and/or no later than 30 days following service.

  • Late cancellations within 2 hours of service will be subject to a $150 service charge to cover the technician’s time and travel expenses.
